Thank you all for the excellent presentations! I think we know the cases...
There are 4 more we need to research:
- Baker v. Carr
- United States v. Butler
- Wabash v. Illinois
- Worcester v. Georgia
I will try to sign us up for the Library on Friday so we can explore the
