WHICH APPRoach do you support? EXPLAIN!
§Welfare should be the responsibilities of charities, churches, etc.
§There should be no welfare, people should take care of their families, friends, and neighbors.
§Welfare should be a government responsibility and each state should design their own plan.
§Welfare should be a national responsibility so that needy mothers of dependent children, unemployed, poor, elderly, and disabled persons in every part of the country can get support when they meet qualifications.
§Or TOUGH LOVE~~~!!!??? What are the pros and cons of this approach???
